Last night I did a killer strength training routine that left me not feeling sore today.  I’ll take that as a good thing, that I’m gaining muscular strength again.  Today was just a crazy ass day.  Everything frustrating that could happen, happened.  But something has evolved inside of me.  To rise above it all and just be at peace.  Le sigh…

So I really did not plan to run fast.  I’m still recovering from my knee injury, right? Well, today my knee was gold!  This is the fastest run I’ve done in MONTHS.  Check out these stats:

I think my mile 3 split was 8:06 min/mile!  Suck it, frustrations.  Suck it, drama.  Suck it, negativity.  Suck it, knee injury.

Wouldn’t wanna get shot by these guns.

After this run, I felt like throwing up!  Then, I laid in the grass for so long crying and just thanking God for running.
