I really have liked strength training on Mondays and Fridays.  But tomorrow is my little sister’s track & field day at her school, which I MUST ATTEND.  I can’t wait to see her run!  So goes life, and me re-organizing some things today.

Thanks for the interest in my workout routine!  Toning up the body when it has reached a plateau really is a science that I’ve become obsessed with.  The combination of resting, running, strength training and (sigh) diet is something I am still working on.  I’m repeating my routine for a few more weeks to see if I get better and stronger, and then I will share what works for me!

Going to the gym now!
