I was browsing Twitter recently and I was deeply saddened that there are Twitter profiles promoting eating disorders. I did not realize that there is a huge blogging community (on pretty much any blogging site) supporting young men & women with resources on how to starve themselves. I felt like I should say something since they are following me on Twitter. I know what it is like to focus on losing weight to distract you from the hurt you are feeling. Loving yourself and feeding yourself proper nutrition go hand in hand. You have a purpose in life, and to be able to live out that purpose is going to take MASS amounts of energy! (You are going to change people’s lives!!!) Energy comes from fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, etc. NOT starving yourself and forcing your body to digest its own muscles for energy.

The best athletes in the world are not starving themselves at all. They are eating even more thant the average people, but they generally eat healthy and combine it with regular training. And both you and the poster girl look amazing

yes, I agree. I don’t even count my calories, but I eat 2000+ every day. I follow whatever my body is telling me to eat. I just ate breakfast 2 hours ago, and now I’m craving veggies. Thanks for stopping by
