I can’t sleep in anymore. I guess this is the tell tale sign of being an adult. So I woke up, ate breakfast and came to the gym for HIIT, squats, and dumbbells. Now, I feel like throwing up. My body isn’t used to this intensity so early in the morning.

Be careful it isn’t overtraining. Overtraining is very real and, as I can attest to, it sucks.

I do have those overtraining moments sometimes. but I always listen to my body and back off. this time, maybe I didnt give myself enough time to digest my breakfast. and also it was really early for me.
