I went to the gym today and noticed my muscles are really growing. Especially in my arms! But I can’t exactly see them behind a layer of extra body fat.
I need to start ‘cutting.’ Don’t be impressed by that body building term. I actually know nothing about it. Time to spend the weekend researching it!

A lot of people go through dietary and workout phases over time. I really avoid the “phase” approach and encourage good healthy choices that you can stick with over the long-haul. Maybe use this phase as a time to cut back even more on empty calories and replacing them with fruits and veggies that are in season now. If you do use the phase approach, just be sure not to take the dietary changes to much of an extreme. You need fuel for your lifting and running.
